SILVER GUBELIN WATCH PENDANT PATCH

The crown is in excellent condition, is totally original to this piece, and is also beautfully enamelled in green guilloche work to match the rest of the watch-wow!MATCHING NECKLACE:The necklace is the crowning glory to this whole timepiece. The movement has the words ' E.GUBELIN' 'CH' AND 'SEVENTEEN JEWELS THREE ADJUSTMENTS ' stamped on it. As always, a service would be recommended for optimum timekeeping and performance. The watch has run absolutely fine as tested over a 12 hour period, and has gained about 10 mins in that time. The movement is running well, and has a light melodic tick. The crystal shows very little wear, even under magnification.MOVEMENT:This is a beautiful and pristine FULLY SIGNED quality GUBELIN 17 jewel hand winding movement. The hands are antique style blued steel, and are in excellent condition also. The dial has black painted Arabic numerals, which are in excellent condition, and it has a nice black painted outer minute track which is also excellent. It is in very good condition, showing a very slight patina, and some light marks, with a more pronounced mark at 3 o'clock when viewed under high magnification. DIAL:This is a lovely satin silver FULLY SIGNED dial.

The case has a solid silver necklace bale attached which is also in excellent order. The hinges are in excellent order showing no overuse. The case measures 1.5cms (15mm) in width, and 2.3cms (23mm) in length excluding the crown and bale. 900 silver hall marks and Swiss import marks stamped inside it as well. The case is FULLY SIGNED by GUBELIN on its inside, and has full.

T is a small patch of missing enamel at the back of the case on the bottom edge, but apart from this, the case is in extraordinary condition for its age. The whole case is enamelled in a fantastic eye catching light green guilloche work, which is complimented with white deco patterns to the top and bottom of the front of the case, and also the back of the case too. The case is in excellent condition, and is a beautiful mixture of solid silver with amazing gilt edging which is filigree'd down both sides of the case.
